The $2,500 flat-fee MLS listing program includes:

1. Full listing in the (DMAAR) Des Moines Area Association of Realtors MLS (Multiple Listing Service)

2. Data linked to Zillow, Homes.com, Realtor.com, and all other DMAAR Realtor websites feeds supplied to outside firms by our MLS.

3. I can offer this price only to my clients. Until you sign a Buyer's Agency Agreement, you are not considered a client. If you have signed such an agreement with another licensed Realtor, you will not be eligible.

4. I will provide the listing with photos taken by a professional photographer specializing in photographing homes for Realtors. These photographs will be done at my expense.

5. There will be a 3% commission paid to your buyer's licensed Realtor, even if that licensed Realtor is me.

6. This price does not include any open houses. It includes yard signage and directional signs as needed. You will have a lockbox accessible only to a licensed DMAAR member.

7. Dale Stonehocker, Licensed Iowa Realtor, will professionally manage your listing.

I will also set up an automated MLS search that runs once a week, showing you the active, pending, and sold homes similar to yours in the same market area. These will be sent to you by email. The initial email will contain the current market information. This market report will help you keep an eye on the market, especially if their homes are very similar to yours and the same age.
